PTOI's sham deals are a bit like Trix cereal adver

The difference between Trix and PTOI is that everyone can see that a cartoon rabbit isn't real. With PTOI and 'partners' EcoNavigation, Veridisyn and various anonymous potential customers, investors are led to believe that deals really are in the works to buy PTOI's processors for $2M each. Often each deal is for multiple processors, potentially worth tens of millions of dollars.
Mr. Heddle doesn't have to directly parrot Mr. Bordynuik's fraudulent claim that each processor can make 210 bbl/day of oil worth WTI-$3, at a cost of under $10/bbl. Mr. Heddle just tells shareholders that other customers are chomping at the bit to buy PTOI's processors for $2M each. With the $2M price tag per processor of those sham deals, Mr. Heddle lets investors infer that the processors must therefore be highly valuable. Is that dishonest of him?? You decide.
