$PDXP files the 15C2-11 form and 2017 Annual Report Today.
Patrick is already getting the ball rolling on returning from the Grey Market. Going to take some time but we have an active CEO that is also being backed up by big money from NVC Fund. Frank has made it clear he will help get the tickers and companies going.
Now remember the 2017 balance sheet does not show the $350 Million asset acquisition. Per Frank from NVC Fund that deal is currently in Escrow and it should be finalized to show on the Q1 Report.
