I believe nearly everyone expected news out of Hir

The SEC's actions certainly didn't help, they functioned in much the same way as a basher functions, by creating doubt. Not intentionally, but who doesn't question if all is well when the Govt. asks a question, for most of us it's the IRS that people fear.
A friend of mine who's a retired accountant was contacted by the IRS and suggested to them they ought to have a closer look at what happened when they previously approached him, where they paid him, but they wouldn't listen. This time their audit proved they owed him $3000. The point he was making was that if you really dive into the regulations, you can find deductions you haven't taken, and which may not be easily be found when using tax software.
He's like any of us, doesn't like hearing from them, but when he does, they're usually the one who pay.
I believe the SEC thing will blow over in a matter of days and on the first real news we see the price will go to $.50 and beyond. For now, it's a buying opportunity for those who wish to, and simply a low we'll live through for the rest of us, as long as we don't sell.
