Cielo Mar is being planned as a totally green, 5,000-acre resort-style vacation and retirement community on the Pacific coast of Baja California, Mexico.
Estrada Engineering & Construction, an Ensenada-based architecture and construction company, was brought into the Cielo Mar project to complete a preliminary master plan and commercial presentation for the development.
A preview of the materials has been posted today on the Cielo Mar website (CieloMarBaja.com), including draft versions of drawings, presentation documents and a 3D virtual tour video.
The preliminary plan and commercial presentation are expected to be completed within the month of March. This coincides with the expected completion of an appraisal of the Cielo Mar property by CBRE in the mid-March time frame, for which the site inspection was conducted on February 15.
Notifications of news, pre-sales offerings for lot reservations, and updates related to the progress of the development, are now being distributed by email to interested parties that have signed up on the website.
