THe best solution is to use the ignore button. Although untruth is a TOS violation here and grounds for deletion, sometimes it's better to leave the obvious troll posts up so that newer readers see who's who.
Click on the troll's name. That takes you to their personal page. Under the avatar is a link to ignore poster.
