SFOR PPS potential,March 2018-2019. Thoughts?
I am by nature an Optimist. But in thinking in terms of SFORs amazing solutions to the worlds biggest problems of cyber security and the money involved, I think the ceiling level of SFORs PPS potential is simply unprecedented.
Coming into next week, March we should have some peppered PRs we may see some big and some smaller revenue PRs nudging the PPS slowly higher to the 02's past the 03's . It just depends on the size of the revenues we receive.Which are unknown. But the revenues are coming in per Mark Kay. ANd longs will be buying and holding.
WE should also see some PRs on the BlockSAFE, the crypto-security side of SFORS business as we might perhaps experience some sign business deals.
On March 26th, Ropes & Grey will submit their brief (arguments) in the appeal case .
April should bring in some significant revenues will now allow the much anticipated PRs to hit the wires, that will spike the PPS even more . PCI Payment Card industry merchant services money should be flowing in IMO. PCI DSS security measure deadline of march means that not only encryption , but also MF OOBA be implemented. OOBA is SFORs baby. Government contracts, McAfee revenues, First Data, Black Rock, and more.
With revenues flowing will have funds to reinvest in the business perhaps retail sales as well as pay off some debt.
When the appeal overturns the Patent dismissal from the lower court, shares will spike big-time IMO!
Then when Ropes & Grey wins the Patent infringement case with secure authority, all other 5 or is it 6 settlement that are in abeyance will also settle around that time and the PPS will spike up BIG , really, really BIGTME!! Hundreds of millions in cash and millions in recurring revenue. It also sends shockwaves in the cyber security industry that SFOR has been appointed KING and ALLl who use its products in the cyber security domain must pay tribute!
Then as has been mentioned in previous posts 15 more law suits will be announced and the PPS will spike again!
More revenue PRs, more spikes in PPS , great earnings reports , resulting in big spikes in PPS. So on and so on.
SFOR moves on to the Nasdaq. Buys back shares, Big spike in PP shares.
Hedge and mutual funds start buying in resulting in the biggest gap up SFOR has in PPS experienced to date!
Going to be an amazing ride !
Hard to wrap your head around this. But Sfor has the cutting edge , critical product to protect companies and governments from crime , terrorism and acts of war at the perfect time in history to have an unprecedented historic financial break out in PPS imo.
SFORs OOBA and encryption is the back bone, the spine of any successful cyber security program.
A billion dollar buy out might be closer than some might feel .
SFOR's patents then will be worth hundreds of millions and settlements will be worth hundreds of millions and additional millions in recurring revenues , but by the end of the year or early or by the end of next year a buy out could happen!
Kaboom!
In the meantime the combination of the above catalysts happening the rest of this year could lead us into dollars PPS wise !its hard to even project because I am not sure anything like this has ever happened to a company before owning such a value able product to help solve a global issue to secure all sovereignty's , global security , global commerce.
