Concerned about the upcoming 2017 10K report? You may be worried that the numbers that are coming from the 2017 year end 10K report might be bad? You may be concerned that the Bashers will have one last chance to drive down the PPS?
While it is entirely possible that the 2017 10K will reflect what we already saw from last year due to delayed deals many of us are not concerned in the least. Here's why:
1. Mark Kay already knows what last year's numbers were and already has a good idea of what this year's numbers will become. He spent a pretty penny to be interviewed on TV via Fox Business News on January 28, 2018. He followed that up with another Uptick interview two weeks later. Why would he waste the resources if he was worried about the 10K report? That was his first ever Fox TV interview.
2. Mark made two statements during the TV interview that gave us SFOR Longs all of the peace of mind we need: 1. "Many large deals with household names and major money" were just delayed and are now happening and 2. "After 16 years we are finally becoming profitable".
3. He followed those statements up with another homerun statement in the Uptick interview that in the years I've followed Strikeforce have never heard "keep buying the stock"! He also said that PR's are coming since they are "entering a period of growing revenues".
4. Why would he state to buy shares if he was worried? We all know him and know he wouldn't because of how conservative he is being nearly 70 years old. When he said buy shares what he meant was buy shares NOW before the PR's.
5. He has also announced that their new subsidiary company 'Blocksafe Technologies' has new technology not previously available for securing crypto coins and wallets. This is a tremendous development that will not be derailed by anyone much less a small time OTC stock thinker in my opinion.
All of this being said let's say that the 2017 report is horrible? What then? All of that will mean nothing because my speculation based on several recent events is that Mark Kay is going to blow the naysayers out of the water with some well timed PR's about ongoing serious revenues and deals that will make everyone say 'good riddens 2017 and I'm buying my tickets (or shares) for the fast-moving 2018 Team-Strikeforce Bullet-Train'!
