$PSGR Sunday, February 25, 2018.

The day and date are not relevant to the following comment. Why? Well, the comment could have been made anytime over the past many many years.

Individuals may buy a few thousand shares this week. IF a company happens to issue a Press Release, there may be additional activity as people believe that the company has significant potential to provide an outstanding Return on Investment. The potential for a profitable investment MAY be just an illusion. For discussion purposes, a developmental MINING COMPANY will be used. If one carefully reads the Press Releases and dissects the words, the ONLY guaranty is that something of an undisclosed quantity MAY be accessible if and when:

1) The extraction process is SUCCESSFULLY developed
2) Knowledgeable people are hired directly or as consultants
3) The equipment necessary to extract the precious metal is in
place AND functioning
4) ALL the required permits are in place
5) MOST IMPORTANT: There are actually precious metals in
sufficient quantities in the ground AND they can be processed

Press Releases allude to individual possibilities. Assays MAY be excellent for a specific AND DEFINED location, BUT the remainder of the claim(s) may hold little or nothing. Individuals who are alleged to be knowledgeable MAY have 'book' knowledge but little to no practical field experience or may have participated in other operations solely to add to their resumes (Similar to carrying the water bucket for horses at a rodeo and then claiming to be a Rodeo Cowboy). As far as precious metals extraction equipment/technology, there has not been any significant improvements in extraction techniques for many years; no matter what the proclamations of anyone may suggest. IF the alleged 'new technology' was so profitable, mine companies ALL OVER THE WORLD would be jumping on board and the (cough-cough) inventors of the technology would make more money selling the technology than they would make doing the actual mining.

The BOTTOM LINE is that ANY company that suggests that it has a NEW WHAMMA-JAMMA TECHNOLOGY that will extract high quantities of precious metals from previous mine sites or current mine sites should be able to be self supporting based upon the amounts of GOLD or PLATINUM or RHODIUM it maintains it has removed during ITS testing.

How to determine if a company MAY be less than forthcoming with its reports of exceptional amounts of precious metals recovered using their new technique(s).

1) Request confirmation that the ASSAYS were done by a registered laboratory; then contact the Lab and confirm the results
2) Request proof that the ore samples were gathered and delivered to the ASSAY OFFICE by an INDEPENDENT and REGISTERED FIRM
3) Reseach the past history of the company to see if there have been prior reports (Press Releases) of 'new' technologies that were purported to remove substancially more precious metal ores than anyone before has done. Did anything happen with the technology?
4) If possible, visit the mine site(s) and production site(s); confrm that the activity reported in Press Releases has occurred or is occurring
5) Become active on the various Boards that discuss the company
6) Check to determine IF the company was known by other names prior to its current name
7) Research ALL employees past/present; check for any Court Cases or Mine Corporation Commission hearings that could question the abilities of the company or its personnel
8) Directly contact the company with questions; document the content of the conversations questions and answers/time, date, and with whom you spoke. Compare the responses with the actual occurrences or lack there of

I remain POSITIVE that if the investor becomes involved, resolutions to ALL concerns can be obtained.
