After a great deal of leg work last night, the SEC is indeed looking into OWCP and MR. Frieland. The SEC knows everyone's I-hub handles, so it doesn't take a rocket scientist to figure out who originated this claim. OWCP is legit with a hardworking group, we have nothing to be concerned about.
I am disappointed a group of investors who lost a lot of money and I-glows group has brought it to this point. By creating a lot of noise at the SEC level they brought attention to OWCP, mainly Frieland who you couldn't pry information out of if you tried!
Long story short, it is a tough call to get, kind of like you're getting audited by the IRS. But the facts are, answer the questions honestly and truthfully. We and they have done nothing wrong. They have such a tight lip policy and you all know that first hand.
We have a CFO who has a strong background when it comes to financials.
Obviously something big is to be announced soon that this group had to take it to this level.
