I contacted the SEC and got into their phone directory just after midnite.
Michael Grimes, the person I spoke to today and received an email from is listed in their directory at the same phone number...
Check for yourself.

What I think this is all about is someone or group has made false allegations against Jeff Freidland..and has started an initial inquiry with the SEC...they are attempting to see if the complaint is real or not.
For all of you that say this is bs..it isn't.
This is just more noise and an attempt to stop the progression of medical cannabis in my opinion...Billions of dollars are at stake....
In any event for those of you that have left comments denying this as being real and that the SEC doesn't contact people via email..you are dead wrong.
I am part of 2 huge lawsuits that have been going on since 2006 and the SEC uses what ever means possible to contact people when they are fact finding...which they are doing now..
Obviously if there are enforcement issues or things of that nature of course snail mail would be used.
