The result is unavoidable under SEC rules, PDXP will open on the grays after the suspension period is lifted. What follows for us is how Pat Johnson wishes to be seen by SH, his friends, family and others. If he goes down ignominiously, we'll all suffer the consequences eventually. If he wishes to uphold his reputation, prove his assets and make a statement, he'll verify the companies liquidity, he'll continue to communicate, he'll gain revenue and share value, and attempt to submit for return to the OTC. All the nonsense, cheer leading by the bashers and other disinformation is simply noise; and mostly useless noise.
If, somehow the SEC returns PDXP to the OTC due to wrongful suspension, it would be unprecedented. I doubt it will happen, but should it happen, SH will have zero financial worries, and perhaps never again. Navigating the grays is difficult but possible. I'll be interested to see how Johnson responds and will be holding to see if he can turn this around.
