Well isn't that special? A generous gift of a voluntary information packet is all they receive after the SEC nukes the company and its shareholders? Seems they could have received this gift much earlier, without suspension, and allowed everyone to have necessary conversations. If the company refused to cooperate, then a suspension might seem more reasonable.

They're not even informed of an investigation?

Again, I think of HEMP, who was always delinquent in reporting, receiving a formal Complaint from the SEC without being suspended.

Why the differential treatment?
