Not bashing at all. Stating a fact that you should agree with! If MMEX truly is build a refinery then nothing said either way is gonna interfere with it! Stating another fact, the PPS is not gonna move with any degree of upward momentum until financing has been locked and loaded. This is very obvious considering all the current "progress" and pr's concerning them and the continue lag/slump in the PPS. You would think a supposed major event such as groundbreaking would have total different effect then the pps tanking to .0039.
