Mark said "They were delayed from last year, didn't lose any of them and they are finally done with revenues coming". What this means to me is that the delays were not caused by litigaion concerns but budgetary ones. Gee, who just got their budget passed after several CRs and shut downs? That's right, Uncle Sam! Given that fact IMHO you are a madman, a fool, or both to liquidate your position in SFOR before all is revealed in the 1Q18 being released on 15 May.
