The US Army contract was discovered by RDY2ROCK. Please read post # 16710 and 16720 for bsckground on this. Another poster found NASA using SFOR IP awhile back.
We'll have to wait for either Mark's PR within 82 days or the 1Q18 for written confirmation due to the Federal Government's Confidentiality Statement. Mark must have permission from the OPR to PR or he can be fined, imprisoned or both in addition to having the contract cancelled. How do I know this? I was a Federal contracting officer.
