I am pretty positive CEO Pat has legal on this issue, just based off how email conversation have changed from day 1 of the suspension till now. I would assume NVC has a legal team on the issue, but cannot be certain till we have some type of update.
I am being optimistic, but am hoping for some type of PR update by end of the week.
