Jetty thanks for the post information as I was private posted with the same response however if the law suite is found in our favour there will be returned shares around 200m and as you say another big deal. I might add evaluation does not always translate to PPS here's hoping for the higher PPS as I am an optimist. Also we have a very small debt load and payments and our dilution was to remove debt ,hire the best people in the industry and rebrand and launch and not just to stay afloat . It was pointed out to me there are different types of dilution some is toxic ours is not. I get the evaluation you have posted Adirondack private posted me with the same.
