At appx minute 5:20 area.........Mgmt takes about 30% of market rate in cash compensation. Instead have aligned themselves in long term incentives because they believe in what they are doing in the long term.
Very excited for long term prospects. This a very solid team they've put together.
And this presentation was sooooooo much better than last year's. Great speaker. Spoke with confidence. Had his facts and the products to back his confidence up.
