I agree with you. Hopefully this will make you feel better though until the ruling... Ropes and Gray is providing additional resources now since the November ruling, not less. That means they are ALL-IN after reviewing the Alice ruling for SecureAuth. Strikeforce' team decided to shutdown the other cases that were in settlement negotiations, even the ones that Blank Rome was spearheading. Blank Rome has invested two years as of June 26, 2018 in the Duo and Centrify cases on contingency. The collective team is unprecedented since TWO top IP lawfirms are collaborating as ONE TEAM to attack this appeal.
