Per IR the removal of the skull and crossbones is in no way related to the lawsuits. It is a matter of waiting for the OTC to review NTEK's registration process which has been submitted, The removal can come any day now.
Also confirmed both the skull/cross bones AND the stop sign previously on there will BOTH be removed at the same time once the OTC has finalized its review because NTEK also submitted all required financials.
At that point all shareholders who have Fidelity as their broker will once again be able to purchase shares.
