$PSGR STRANGE DAY!!!!! 14K Shares at $0.09/each. A few hits at/near $0.05 and the latest share price at $0.03. No rhyme or reason for the wide range in share price. No Press Release that would have spurred the share price to ROCKET from the $0.021/share to $0.09/share price. A bunch more were at/near $0.05/share then down to $0.03.
Who would buy this PENNY STOCK at almost 4-1/2 times its previous share price??? More importantly, WHY? Somethin' ain't right and the air has a foul stench to it. Was someone trying to run up the price? If they were, I can state unequivocally the attempt was a failure...RE: Current share price.
IF a Press Release IS issued AND the content of the PR is dramatically positive for the company, THEN the suspicion that someone used inside information NOT AVAILABLE TO THE PUBLIC becomes more than just a suspicion, it becomes a request to the SEC to investigate the activity.
A waiting game now. Is there a Press Release that will set the World on fire and POSSIBLY result in an SEC Investigation? Did someone just screw up and hit the wrong button and bought X-Thousand shares?
At least investors have something to talk about now. Hmmmm....maybe the buys were instigated by someone at Pershing Resources to change the direction of comments being made on several PSGR Investment Boards. Sorta create a mini-crisis for investors: "Do I buy now since there APPEARS to be both interest AND activity? /OR/ Do I wait a little ( a lot????) longer to see what takes place in the not too distant future?
Hmmmmm (again). Yeah....IF the current activity IS a charade, the share buys may just relate to quieting the crowd. Y'know, "There is something that maybe, could possibly, I hope will happen in the not too distant future so I will remain quiet and continue to wait it out."
I am POSITIVE that today's activities have a purpose..
