I'm sure that they also didn't win 2 IPR reviews where ALL challenges were denied. I guess they should've had the combined team of Ropes and Gray/Blank Rome working for them on contingency...LOL.
Folks...In the next few days Strikeforce' team of numerous combined attorneys will provide an Alice 35/101 response that may even become a benchmark for how to view these types of cases. Ropes and Gray's website alone now shows 6 Attorneys involved with Strikeforce...it showed 4 previously. For Ropes and Gray to INCREASE the resources that they are investing into this SecureAuth response is all we need to know.
