To answer your private message let me try and explain why it took 12 months.. The funds were dependent on contracts with major studios for content, resolving court cases, reorganization and new management in place. The money being pledged had to have some guarantees in place to risk that amount of capital of the investors. It took time but it appears that everything now is in place to advance the business plan. Should be very interesting next few weeks and months ahead if going to plan. I now look forward to receiving each weekly SHL to provide updates of progress.
