I saw that... I didn't sense a great deal of urgency with their due process.  As much as we all hope that things get untracked, that article and the timeline for the pending lawsuit make me wonder if we'll see much of anything encouraging until late 2013.  I do hope I'm wrong,  With Bob being sprung in March and the lawsuit discovery beginning in July, plus that Mex Gov Mining stuff, it could be a long, hot summer.  GLTA!
