turned???? it's been that way for eternity...most are just sleeping. Ihub is a front for a illegal shorting and naked shorting firm. Not based in the USA but in Europe and off shore where NNS is considered legal. That firm is ADVFN. It is designed to destroy company's good or bad that are starting out. If the get toxic lending that assures that mm's can use this as leverage to short the stock down into oblivion to the point the company no longer has resources to stay in business. If the company is a scam; the don't care and will do the same. It is is shorting enterprize designed to do just that.
It's always been garbage. it should have been shut down ages ago...why hasn't it...either SEC lacks man power or someone or many are getting fed to turn a blind eye. Too tempted to not accept with your getting paid pittence to sit behind a computer screen pretended to be doing your job.
where is the proof in that? well look at what just happened. If there was an actual investigation they wouldn't have been so poor in expressing the reasoning behind the suspension further insulting themselves with CNBC to write a tragically poor article that holds about as much truth as the devil in a blue dress!
