Someone contacted_me privately, outside of
this Board, and mentioned perhaps that I was
responsible for DISCOURAGING Pershing
ShareHolders -- and thus incenting them to
sell their shares.
Not only that, I am responsible for incenting the
DISCOURAGED ShareHolders to sell out cheap.
Sure, I am the one discouraging the Pershing
ShareHolders, and not those DO-NOTHING
PERSHING MANAGEMENT people .
Makes sense to me, it does ! !
