Read up on Cyber Cs posts on why they the appeals courts are throwing out these 101 Alice abstract patent dismissals like what happened SFOR, left and right, and are over turning them.
WHY?
Because they the lower court misapplied the LAW in judging patents. There are guidelines that were ignored in evaluating patent infringement. There is a process that wasn't followed. It was illegal. How do you appeal that. ? You would piss off the supreme court. What appeal judge would allow it.

Secure Authority has an opportunity to take a position and try to defend itself this time with legal pleading, but they have no legal position to do so. Therefore the only position they have figuratively speaking is to assume the position and pay up. And become a channel partner of SFOR or they are going to get slapped silly in court. You see SFOR has all the bullets they hold the legal paddle and Ropes and Grey are going to discipline until they pay. lol
