Yehuda Baruch is involved in a messy civil litigation court case where he apparently had a sexual relationship with a patient.
He may or may not be sanctioned and could lose his medical license to say the least and there may be other penalties.
DO you think this is something OWCP needs to be saddled with at this time?
Even though it says he will stay with OWCP in another capacity he has effectively been neutralized and his impact on the company will now be negligible.
He has been replaced imo.
Smart move by OWCP and Hirsch and Bignitz.
