There are not new projects,
these 3 projects are the 3power projects that he is referring to.
A lot of the bickering was from the earlier proposed projects of the original 6 Hpp's
The new concession is 3 Hpp's away from the Park area and the Energy minister confirms they are going forward. The translation of Tethi it's all the same area.
