The reality of Disch is settling in. Like many here, I got into a phone and text friendship with big joe. He was definitely a smart guy and very even keeled. A good person to speak with for reassurance. Even though he had the same faith we all have, he had a way of reinforcing it with confidence. Plus, he was a phenomenal bouncer for the board. He will be greatly missed and, from my conversations with him, he was really fond of this board. I’m sure he will be following usglobal and our success with great interest. Prayers to his family.
