Does anyone know what happens if units don't sell?

Does anyone know what happens if units don't sell? Is there an out for the dealer? I don't have access to contracts, but someone on other board said that the dealership has an out if units aren't selling...which seems logical. I do think the product will sell but would like some clarity on this if anyone has an idea. My shares are locked for now, and they are plenty!
