We need to look at what the company has told us.

I would expect OWCP to have some control of when their partners can market the products, but only to the point where they know they're safe to do so, but they also could have to prove some degree of efficacy.
I know what they're doing is backwards to any other form of drug development, in fact they would never be permitted to market an unproven drug at all, but that's the cannabis market. Virtually nothing you can buy in a cannabis store is something that's been through full FDA approval, most have had little or no safety testing either, and that goes for the raw plant products to the oils, creams, candy, and goods sold in these stores.
Frankly, I'm uncertain if the Federal Govt. did change the category for cannabis if they couldn't then say the only products that can be sold must be FDA tested and approved. With that interpretation for legal cannabis I don't know that they wouldn't try to shut down cannabis stores and say approved products will be available in your local drug store.
I will hope the company clarifies when they intend to make the drug available to market, while I believe it could be after the safety trial, I also believe it's possible for them to say it will be after a Phase 2 where they'll be able to judge efficacy.
Of course their are other possibilities, Mediq had told some people they intended to run some tests themselves, if they were on schedule, they'd be done about now. No one seems to know what Mediq is doing, or if they're even still associated with OWCP. Could Michepro be doing something as well. We really don't know.
Let's look at the trial for Fibromyalgia. If that Phase 1 Trial is being done with patients who have the disease, it's possible that evidence of efficacy in Phase 1 is strong enough to go into that market with no further delay. The point is, we don't know, we're not even certain if that trial is being done with tablets, cream, or both products. I certainly hope we'll hear about this trial this week as well.
Their are a lot of potential catalysts which could send the stock up dramatically, the question is, what if anything will we learn about them this week.
