The dossier is tied to the Clinton Foundation, and key info about that was withheld form the FISA court so they could spy on Trump and friends. That is Treason, in my opinion. I listened to the whole FBI press conference yesterday. It basically exonerated Trump of everything. It cleared Hillary and Obama of involvement with these particular Russians as well.
