If NVC fund is legit they have the $$$ and power and attorneys to sue the SEC. PDXP probably more likely then not doesn't. The SEC knows most pennys don't have that and even if they do they take their sweet ass time to process and re instate a company halted. the attorneys etc and everyone pretty much has a vested interest to lign their own pockets; not to help the company.
We'll most likely then not end up trading grey in two weeks but that doesn't stop the sharholders from trading or the stock to go up. Stupid people will dump. If he can prove in the interim that PDXP is legit and NVC is legit we're golden. Especially with the global attention the stock is getting right now.
If NVC is fraud which I can't imagine it is regardless of whether their assets seem to some as being ludricrous. Then this is a shut case and again we're at the mercy of the SEC.
Writing the SEC or PDXP or NVC fun etc may bring attention to what happened but in the end this is all a buearucratic cluster fuck; and will take time to sort out...The shorts and Ihub has won for now...and I'm sure they are hoping it's outta the way for a very long time.
