Falls apart right there. Of COURSE weapons are another thing that mass shootings have in common.
How stupid does one have to be to use the words 'mass shootings' and then argue that they are NOT a common feature involving, uh, weapons that, uh, shoot large numbers of people, rapidly.
Too easy availability of assault rifles to a population that HAS the kind of people the author fingers is certainly part of the problem.
Other nations have drugged up psychos, but not the mass shootings..
