The Russian Indictments are a precursor and is tied to the charges yet to come. Today set the structure by which Mueller will show the "Connect the Dots" from the Russian PLot to get trump elected, to trump&co buying into the scheme (because the Russians have dirt on trump) to the act of Obstruction Of Justice and Money Laundering.
