This is looking more and more like the path of GW. They had an initial run at the outset and it took a good 2 years of flat SP's until they exploded. 2019 does make sense in light of what we are seeing, or not seeing, from the company. Add to that the Trump BS, which seems to have taken the steam right out from the Cali start up.
