February 16, 2018 – AUSTIN, Texas – Bravatek Solutions, Inc. (OTCPink: BVTK, “Bravatek” or the “Company”) announces that it has entered into a Strategic Alliance Agreement with IEVOLV Ventures, Inc. (“IEVOLV”) and DP Telecom, Inc. (“DP Telecom”), whereby Bravatek will act as their project-based business partner for prospective clients in both the private and public sectors—to accelerate and capture the plethora of business opportunities on the West Coast of the United States .
The Company released an 8-K earlier on the details of this deal with both firms. Both firms have represented to the Company that they currently have sales revenue and estimate that sales revenue for the next 6/12 months, upon consummation of funding, should be over $1.7M/$4.4 M.
