That is absolutely what I'm doing. Was I not clear enough? Did I stutter? The man is no longer a salesman. He's done a wonderful job over the past 16 years, but he needs to recognize he has a weakness and find someone to fill that spot. That's what great leaders do. If you don't recognize that, you're lying to yourself. Just because someone has done a good job in the past does not mean they will continue to perform at the top level forever. Maybe if he had been a better salesman, it wouldn't have taken him 16 years to get SFOR to this point??? Food for thought. I'm as long as the next guy on SFOR, but sales is sales. A-B-C.
