$HIPH- New news article out. In #BLOCKCHAIN acquisition talks!! Also will add a #CBD skin care product via GENTS subsidiary, www.gentsco.com. Currently $HIPH has the only hydrogen infused #CBD product in the market, LALPINA HYDROGEN CBD water. Hydrogen allows for greater& quicker absorption of the #CBD. New CEO, Ryan Fishoff is a Stat that began his career on Wall St doing M&A deals at www.cobecapital.com. While at Cobe Capital, Fishoff was involved in $500 million M&A transactions. Fishoff stated M&A is part of his growth plan for $HIPH. Since he took over as CEO in Sept he closed GENTS, acquisition which added significant revenue
Revenue up 1,134% & debt cut by 80% in recent filings! Pretty tight share structure with 77million verified outstanding. A bargain currently in my opinion and wont be shocked to see 10cents a share or higher in near future.
