Could have just as easily been something as simple as someone selling on an ill-advised 'market order' (blank check) & a merciless MM seizing that opportunity to load-up on an xtra 150K at a rock bottom price of his own choosing
'Never' buy or sell on a 'market order'...always set 'limits' !
