I believe that their is still much that can happen this year, but it may be in the hands of others to make it happen. I'm speaking of those that OWCP already has agreements with, and those who establish new agreements with OWCP for sales of their products.
I hope that at the conference next week the company announces at least what quarter they expect given products to be available for sales. In that sales are not direct from the company, it will be up to those licensed to sell our products to take it from there. I believe that sales revenue will drive share price more than news from the trials, but certainly news from trials will be a precursor to what we can expect in sales.
New agreements licensing either all, or specific OWCP products for sale in specific areas of the world should be big as well. The rights to a State like California, or a country like Canada could be big, and might bring in substantial money up front. As I see it, it's up to the company how they wish to structure such agreements, a large payment up front brings lower royalties, while a smaller payment up front brings greater royalties. Of course how a potential partner wants to play it will influence what's done as well, but OWCP may very well be speaking with more than one company for a given Country, region, or State, and perhaps might be speaking with one company, like a big Pharma, that could do it all.
Of course if their is no such news, you'd be right, but I believe their will be news on when and where we can put products into the marketplace.
