Wonder if Snork knows. Why don't we know who the equity investor is at this point? Why if someone took an equity position do shareholders not know. We are assuming Golden State is selling or sold out, but hell we don't even know that. I heard some say GS took equity position with that last 13g filing. They cannot do both. Come on Man/b]
