New CEO Mr. Fishoff started career on Wall St doing M&A deals at www.cobecapital.com. Since becoming CEO in Sept he closed acquisition of GENTS, www.gentsco.com the new subsidiary that added significant revenue and sold in Bloomingdales, Saks and Nordstrom.
Sales up 1,134% & debt cut by 80% per PR of Jan 18 and filings. Pretty good share structure with 77million verified outstanding. $HIPH currently has the only hydrogen infused #CBD product in market, LALPINA HYDROGEN CBD water.
