$HIPH- New news article/ PR out! $HIPH in #BLOCKCHAIN acquisition talks and adding additional #CBD products per PR yesterday! Currently $HIPH has the only hydrogen infused #CBD product in the market. Hydrogen allows for greater and quicker absorption of #CBD. In yesterday PR the company advised it will be adding #CBD skin care products via its newly acquired subsidiary GENTS,www.gentsco.com . GENTS added significant revenue and its products are sold in Nordstrom, Saks and Bloomingdale's.
New CEO, Ryan Fishoff is a Star who began his career on Wall St doing M&A deals at www.cobecapital.com. Since taking over as CEO he closed the GENTS subsidiary deal and advised that M&A is part of his growth strategy for $HIPH.
Sales are up 1,134% & debt down 80% per recent OTCmarkets.com filings and Jan 18 press release. Share structure is pretty tight with just 77million verified outstanding. In my opinion $HIPH is undervalued currently
