$SIGO Preparing to start phase 3
And phase 3 is to be done after phase 2 is complete.
You do remember what phase 2 is right?
Looks like they must have got financing if they are already preparing phase 3...
After all 3 phases I'm calculating 81k sq ft of canopy space!
Multiply that by 2 since they plan on doing 2 levels in each bay.
It would look like this facility owned by Medmen.
(FYI, Medmen has a $1 billion evaluation)
That puts us at 162,000 square feet of grow space for SIGO!
After all phases are completed
Do the math people, we are super undervalued here!
