There is no 100 million in revenue, only Berman's wild ass projections.
There is a mountain of debt that is known about, some of which was hidden by Berman hoping the audit wouldn't uncover it, and there is likely more debt that shareholders still doesn't know exists.
Berman's DE debt explanation was a smokescreen to cover his own ass and pass the blame onto someone else. Something is he is very good at.
