1. Where does the money go
2. Who gets to touch the money first, second, third.
3. Electric vehicles will pay how
4. When does the money get divided.
It's the government collecting taxes. The only one who trusts them to do what they say, is off on his perch sleeping.
If all the military junkies would quit saluting our imperial policies , we would have more than enough.
