I believe the company has much they can discuss at the conference if they even limited it to what's shown on the timeline in their latest corporate presentation. That presentation revealed many things that are happening, especially when it comes to new trials that are either underway, or will be shortly. Other than the existence of of the trial we may suspect that they're all being done only in Israel, but we don't know that. Nor do we know if Phase 1 trials are being initiated with healthy patients, or patients suffering from the targeted disease. In short, their are many things we could learn which probably don't really require an 8-K from the company.

While I certainly believe we should see an updated corporate presentation, many are hoping we'll see something that truly requires an 8-K, like a partnership. While I have no doubt that some partnerships are intentionally completed just in time for some event, it's easy to do as regardless of how long the basic agreement is completed, it's only considered complete when the last required signature has been signed, and that can easily be held till it's wanted. I'm not saying this is the case, and I believe conference attendees will be impressed, but I'm not sure anything they say or show would require an 8-K.
