Hawks, you did not understand what I said? OK, Clinton presided over a perfect economy, just ended a recession H.Bush had, and the economy was grossly over heated when "W" took over. Heck, a sexual addict getting BJ's in the Oval office could have been president and had a budget surplus under those circumstances,................................
